Job Summary
Retail Lead responsible for executing brand standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and directing teammates in-store. Leads by example, coaches and trains teammates, participates in interviews and onboarding, and helps ensure merchandising, inventory, pricing, floor sets, and loss prevention standards are upheld. Fosters an inclusive store environment and aligns daily activities with store goals and customer experience. Requires flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Based in Saltsburg, PA; in-person store leadership responsibilities with supervisory duties under Store/Asst. Store Manager guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
