Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Lead responsible for executing brand standards and enhancing teammate experience under guidance of Store Manager. Lead will be the in-store expert, deliver exceptional customer service, hire and train teammates, plan 30-days-out staffing with the Assistant Store Manager, delegate tasks based on priority, maintain merchandising/presentation standards, support loss prevention, deliver coaching and developmental opportunities, and foster an inclusive store environment aligned to organizational goals and a strong customer shopping experience.
