Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards while guiding teammates. Oversees execution of floor plans and signage, inventory presentation, replenishment, and adherence to loss-prevention and safety procedures. Builds and develops a strong team through in-store interviews, onboarding, and cross-training; coaches teammates on plans, processes, and the rationale behind tasks. Leads by example to create an inclusive store environment where both teammates and customers feel welcome and safe, aligns daily assignments with store goals, and supports management in achieving organizational objectives. Performs other tasks as assigned by management to sustain a high-performing retail operation.
