Job Summary
Lead in-store team to deliver a superior customer experience while ensuring brand standards and teammate development. Supports hiring and onboarding, coaches teammates on tasks and rationale, coordinates daily plans and workforce with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, coordinates training, and fosters an inclusive, safe store environment aligned to organizational goals. Responsibilities include coaching; implementing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation; and upholding loss prevention and safety procedures.
