Job Summary
Lead in-store expert for the department, partnering with Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to execute brand standards and drive the teammate experience. Responsible for building a strong team through interviews and onboarding, coaching teammates on tasks and the “why” behind processes, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, high‐performing store environment. Plans and aligns workforce to support daily assignments, events, and initiatives; ensures merchandising and presentation standards are maintained; supports training and development of teammates; leads by example to connect individual responsibilities to organizational goals and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
