Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead at Dick's Sporting Goods leads in-store execution of brand standards and teammate experience. Reports to the Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager, acts as the in-store expert for their department, delivers exceptional customer service, leads by example, coaches teammates, participates in hiring and onboarding, organizes daily/30-day plans, leverages teammates to meet brand standards, maintains merchandising and presentation standards, supports loss prevention and safety procedures, and fosters an inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include team-building, training, coaching, and aligning tasks to store goals and events. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
