Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Lead responsible for in-store brand execution and teammate experience under guidance of store management. Leads by example to deliver the best service, builds a strong team by observing interviews and department tours, plans workforce with management, delegates tasks based on priority, maintains merchandising/presentation standards, assists with training and onboarding, coaches teammates, and fosters an inclusive, safe store environment. Maintains adherence to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and supports leadership in day-to-day operations and store events across the assigned California or Pennsylvania locations.
