Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead at Dick's Sporting Goods leads in-store execution of brand standards and directs teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role supports building a strong team through interviews and onboarding, coaches teammates on procedures and programs (e.g., Protection Plans, Scorecards, Loss Prevention), and ensures floor sets, merchandising, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards are followed. The Lead promotes an inclusive store environment, collaborates with store leadership, and guides daily plans, events, and tasks to align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
