Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and executing brand standards. Directs and coaches teammates under guidance of store management, participates in interviews and onboarding, plans daily and long-range tasks, and ensures effective workforce deployment. Builds an inclusive, trust-based team culture, mentors teammates, and reinforces merchandising and floor-set execution, inventory presentation, price changes, and loss-prevention practices. Drives coaching, development, and training to optimize customer experience and store performance, while aligning daily operations with organizational goals and safeguarding store policies.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
