Job Summary
Lead in-store role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guiding teammates, executing brand standards, and driving store performance. Provides coaching and training, supports hiring and onboarding, coordinates scheduling and workload with store leadership, ensures merchandising and floor-set standards are met, and fosters an inclusive, safe shopping environment. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work nights/weekends/holidays as needed. Experience in retail or customer-focused roles and ability to lead by example are preferred.
