The Lead is the in-store expert responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards, while guiding and coaching teammates. Under the guidance of store management, the Lead leads by example, assists with hiring and onboarding, plans workforce needs for daily tasks and store events, delegates responsibilities, ensures merchandising and presentation standards are followed, supports supervision of store operations, trains teammates on procedures, and fosters an inclusive, safe, and collaborative store environment. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, customer focus, teamwork, trust-building, decision-making, and development of staff to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
