Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Lead in a DICK’S Sporting Goods store responsible for in-store leadership of the department, delivering brand standards, guiding teammates, and providing exceptional customer service. Leads by example, coaches and develops teammates, participates in recruitment and onboarding, plans daily/30-day workflows with store leadership, delegates tasks, maintains merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory replenishment), and ensures a safe, inclusive store environment. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift items up to 35 lbs, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Focus areas include teammate development, training, loss prevention adherence, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
