Job Summary
Lead in-store role responsible for executing brand standards and shaping the teammate experience under guidance of store leadership; directs and coaches teammates, helps with interviewing and onboarding, plans daily/weekly workflows, and ensures customer-focused service with a people-first culture. Focus areas include coaching, training teammates, maintaining merchandising and presentation standards, executing loss prevention and SOPs, and enabling an inclusive shopping environment while aligning tasks to store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
