Job Summary
In-store leadership role leading the department as the Retail Sales Lead. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to guide execution of brand standards, coach and develop teammates, plan workforce 30 days out, delegate tasks based on priority, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, train teammates on procedures, and create an inclusive, safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include interviews support, onboarding and cross-training, driving store performance, coaching teammates, and ensuring loss prevention and operational procedures are followed, while delivering exceptional customer service and a strong shopping experience. The role emphasizes leading by example, collaboration, and aligning daily tasks with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
