Job Summary
Lead in-store expert for the department, partnering with store management to deliver brand standards and a best-in-class teammate and customer experience. Guides hiring and onboarding, coaches and develops teammates, plans daily and longer-term game plans, delegates tasks based on priority, maintains merchandising and presentation standards, supports training, and fosters an inclusive, safe store environment while adhering to safety and loss prevention policies. Demonstrates leadership by example, aligning team responsibilities with store goals and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
