Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead is the in-store expert of their department, partnering with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to deliver brand standards and a positive teammate experience. Responsibilities include observing in-store interviews and department tours to support building a strong team, coaching and developing teammates, onboarding and cross-training, planning daily work with the leadership team, ensuring floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation meet standards, and maintaining adherence to safety and loss-prevention procedures. The role emphasizes leading by example, fostering an inclusive store environment, and aligning daily tasks with organizational goals to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
