Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert of their department, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager; responsible for delivering exceptional customer shopping experiences, upholding brand standards, training and coaching teammates, planning staffing and daily game plans, executing inventory and merchandising standards, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative store culture. Drives accountability, mentorship, and execution of store initiatives while aligning teammate responsibilities to organizational goals and loss-prevention procedures. Also involved in interviewing and onboarding new teammates and providing hands-on coaching to develop the team and maintain a high-performing environment.
