Job Summary
Retail Lead responsible for in-store leadership and teammate development under the guidance of store-management. Executes brand standards, assists with hiring and onboarding, coaches teammates, fosters an inclusive store environment, and ensures customer-focused service. Leads by example to align daily tasks with store goals, supports training on procedures and programs, and maintains compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Requires flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays) and ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and climbing as part of store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
