Lead the in-store team at DICK’S Sporting Goods to ensure brand standards and an exceptional customer experience. Deliver hands-on coaching and development, participate in interviewing and onboarding, plan workforce needs with store leadership, and delegate tasks to execute merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention programs. Maintain an inclusive, safe store environment, adhere to safety/Loss Prevention procedures, and drive the team to meet daily goals while communicating the rationale behind tasks and plans.
