Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering brand standards and teammate experience under store management guidance. Focus on customer service, coaching and developing teammates, hiring support, planning daily/30-day strategies, delegating tasks, maintaining merchandising and presentation standards, training associates, fostering an inclusive store environment, adherence to safety and loss prevention procedures, and supporting management with store events and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
- Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours)
