Job Summary
Lead in-store expert of their department, delivering exceptional customer service while guiding teammates under supervision. Responsible for coaching and developing staff, assisting with interviews and onboarding, planning daily work plans with the store leadership, enforcing merchandising and presentation standards, delegating tasks by priority, and fostering an inclusive, respectful store culture. Plays a key role in training teammates on procedures, programs, and loss prevention measures, and supports the store leadership team in ensuring safety, operational standards, and an outstanding shopping experience. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred.
