Job Summary
Lead in-store role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and enforcing brand standards.Acts as the in-store expert for their department, guides and coaches teammates, participates in interviews and onboarding, and ensures effective workforce planning for daily tasks, events, and projects. Drives merchandising execution, floor-set compliance, price changes, and inventory presentation while maintaining loss-prevention practices. Builds an inclusive, high-performance team culture, provides hands-on coaching, and aligns store goals with organizational priorities to optimize customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
