Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering excellent customer service and guiding teammates under store leadership. Drives brand standards, merchandising execution, and replenishment; coordinates scheduling and daily/event plans; coaches and trains teammates, including onboarding; fosters an inclusive, trusted, and collaborative store culture; ensures adherence to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while supporting the store leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously
