Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

The Lead acts as the in-store expert for their department, delivering exceptional customer service while guiding and developing teammates. Under supervision of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead leads by example, builds a strong team through observations of interviews and department tours, and drives adherence to brand standards, merchandising, floor sets, price changes, and inventory presentation. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teammates, onboarding and cross-training, planning 30-days-out strategies with leadership, delegating tasks based on priority, and creating an inclusive, safe store environment. The role requires flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) and the ability to stand, bend, reach, lift 15-35 lbs, and work extended periods, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and aligning store goals with organizational objectives.
