Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store role responsible for executing brand standards, coaching and developing teammates, onboarding and cross-training, planning workforce with the Assistant Store Manager, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The Lead serves as the in-store expert of their department, leads by example, builds a people-first culture, observes interviews, assists with training and onboarding, and guides tasks through delegation based on priority. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising and presentation standards, adhering to safety and loss-prevention procedures, and supporting store leadership with supervision, coaching, and development of teammates. Key skills include leadership, collaboration, customer-focused service, scheduling and workforce planning, training, and applying store programs (e.g., Protection Plans, Scorecards, Loss Prevention) to achieve organizational goals.
