Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert of the department, delivering the best service to customers while guiding teammates. Responsible for observing in-store interviews and department tours, building a people-first culture, planning 30-days-out with the assistant store manager, and delegating tasks based on priority. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment), assist store leadership with supervision, train teammates (onboarding and cross-training), and coach others. Promote inclusive store environments, adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies, and participate in all-hands-on-deck activities; performs other tasks as assigned by management.
