Job Summary
Lead in-store role responsible for delivering brand standards and an optimal teammate experience under guidance from Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Oversees hiring/interviews, builds a people-first culture, plans 30-days-out workforce with leadership input, delegates tasks based on priority, ensures merchandising/presentation standards, supports training and onboarding, coaches teammates, and leads by example to align responsibilities with store goals. Creates an inclusive environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; performs other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
