Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering brand standards and teammate experience under store leadership. Exercises coaching and development of teammates, participates in hiring observations, staffing plans, and training. Drives merchandising and presentation standards, floor set execution, inventory replenishment, and loss prevention. Builds an inclusive, performance-driven store culture by guiding teammates, onboarding, cross-training, and communicating the why behind tasks and processes (e.g., Protection Plans, Scorecards). Aligns daily and near-term work plans with store goals, supports leadership in executing programs, and fosters exceptional customer shopping experiences through teamwork and accountability.
