Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering customer service and coaching teammates while upholding brand standards. Directs daily operations under guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, connecting with every teammate to build trust and a strong store culture. Plans and organizes workforce to execute daily tasks, game plans, store events, and priorities; delegates based on priority and supports training, onboarding, and cross-training. Maintains merchandising and presentation standards, supports loss prevention, and ensures adherence to store policies. Builds an inclusive store environment and leads by example to align responsibilities with organizational goals and exceptional shopping experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
