Job Summary
Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering brand standards and the teammate experience. Under guidance of store leadership, the Lead directs department execution, provides hands-on coaching to teammates, participates in interviews and onboarding, plans workforce needs, delegates tasks, ensures merchandising/presentation standards, supports training, and fosters an inclusive, safe store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively
- Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours)
