Job Summary
Lead in-store expert for their department, collaborating with store leadership to hire and develop teammates, coach and onboard staff, manage workforce planning, and ensure brand standards and compelling merchandising. Drives an inclusive, customer-focused environment, coaches teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and upholds loss prevention, safety, and standard operating procedures while executing floor sets and inventory presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
