Job Summary
Lead role in-store responsible for delivering brand standards and teammate experience under guidance of store leadership. Directs and coaches teammates, participates in hiring and onboarding, plans 30-day work plans with leadership, ensures proper merchandising and floor-set execution, oversees inventory replenishment and loss-prevention practices, and fosters an inclusive, customer-focused shopping environment that aligns daily tasks with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
