Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead in-stock at Dick’s Sporting Goods, responsible for executing brand standards, delivering strong teammate experiences, coaching and developing teammates, and leading by example to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, onboarding and cross-training, workforce planning 30 days out, ensuring floor sets and merchandising standards, training teammates on company procedures, coaching for performance, creating an inclusive store environment, enforcing safety and loss prevention policies, and supporting management with store operations and events. Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred; able to stand, reach, lift up to 35 lbs, and work for extended periods. Location: Stockdale, PA. Remote not indicated; in-store responsibility implied.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
