Job Summary
Lead in-store team at DICK’S Sporting Goods, accountable for executing brand standards and guiding teammates. Operates under guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, train and onboard teammates, plan and allocate workload, supervise daily operations, uphold merchandising and presentation standards, and foster an inclusive, safe store environment. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teammates, ensuring adherence to loss prevention policies, and supporting store events and floor sets to optimize the customer shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
