Lead in-store operations by upholding brand standards, guiding teammates, and delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Direct and coach teammates, participate in interviews and onboarding, plan daily assignments and store events, ensure floor-set execution, merchandising and inventory presentation, and uphold safety and loss-prevention procedures. Build an inclusive, engaging store culture, assist with training, and align team efforts to store goals and program execution. Requires leadership presence, empathy, collaboration, and the ability to work with the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
