Job Summary
Lead in-store role responsible for executing brand standards and teammate experience under store leadership. Delivers exceptional customer service, directs teammates, participates in interviews and onboarding, coaches and develops staff, and coordinates scheduling, floor sets, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and loss-prevention procedures. Builds an inclusive, trusted team environment, aligns tasks with store goals, and upholds safety and company policies while supporting the store leadership in achieving an outstanding shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
