Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert responsible for driving brand standards and teammate experience under supervision of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. Lead delivers excellent customer service, provides direction to teammates, and coaches on tasks, plans, and processes (e.g., Protection Plans, Scorecards, Loss Prevention). Supports interviewing and onboarding to build a strong team, maintains merchandising and presentation standards, ensures daily execution of programs and tasks, and fosters an inclusive store environment. Responsible for planning workforce needs 30 days out, delegating tasks based on priority, and ensuring safety and store procedures are followed. Performs other tasks as assigned to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
