Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

The Lead is the in-store expert responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring brand standards, while guiding teammates under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include participating in interviewing and onboarding to build a strong team, coaching and developing teammates, planning daily/30-day workforce needs, executing merchandising and presentation standards, supervising store operations, and fostering an inclusive, safe store environment. Strong emphasis on leadership by example, collaboration, adaptability, and aligning tasks with organizational goals to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Skills emphasized include team leadership, training, coaching, inventory and loss prevention, floorset execution, customer focus, and effective communication.
