Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead responsible for in-store expertise in their department, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding teammates, and upholding brand standards. Leads by example, supports hiring and onboarding, coaches staff, maintains merchandising and presentation standards, participates in training and development, and fosters an inclusive, safe store environment while aligning daily activities to store goals and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
