Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead role in a Dick's Sporting Goods store focused on delivering brand standards and an exceptional teammate/customer experience. The Lead serves as the in-store expert for the department, collaborates with store leadership, participates in interviews and onboarding, coaches and develops teammates, plans and executes daily tasks and events, upholds merchandising and loss-prevention standards, and creates an inclusive, customer-friendly store environment. Requires flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to stand, move, lift, and perform tasks throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
