Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering customer service, guiding teammates, and ensuring brand standards and store execution. Oversees interviews and department tours to support building a strong team; coaches and develops teammates; schedules 30-days-out plans with guidance; leverages teammates to meet brand standards, programs, and processes; ensures merchandising and presentation standards, floor sets, inventory replenishment, and price changes; assists store leadership with general supervision and onboarding/training; provides hands-on coaching and explains the “why” behind tasks and plans (e.g., protection plans, scorecards, loss prevention); leads by example to align individual responsibilities with organizational goals and to deliver an exceptional shopping experience; creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe; adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; supports the team across the store and performs other tasks as assigned.
