Leads by example, supports interviewing and onboarding, coaches teammates, plans daily and event-driven work, ensures merchandising and inventory standards, and collaborates with store leadership to drive engagement and results. Promotes an inclusive environment, adheres to safety and loss prevention procedures, and takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to store-wide tasks.
