Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead responsible for executing brand standards and guiding teammates in-store. Leads the department with day-to-day planning and delegation, ensures effective coaching and onboarding of new teammates, upholds merchandising and floor-set standards, and creates an inclusive, safe store environment. Plays a key role in hiring collaboration, team development, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience through task delegation, training, and adherence to store policies and loss-prevention practices.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours continuously
