Lead in-store expert for their department, collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to execute brand standards and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Responsible for guiding teammates, supporting hiring through interviews and tours, building a people-first culture, planning and coordinating daily tasks, assigning work based on priority, and ensuring merchandising and presentation standards. Provides training and onboarding for teammates, coaches others, and reinforces the rationale behind tasks and processes. Leads by example to align team efforts with organizational goals, fosters an inclusive store environment, upholds safety and loss prevention procedures, and supports management with store operations and events.
