Job Summary
Lead in-store specialist accountable for executing brand standards, guiding teammates, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Reports to Store Manager/Assistant Manager, partners with leadership to hire and develop staff, plans daily workflow and events, ensures merchandising and presentation standards, provides hands-on coaching and onboarding, and fosters an inclusive, respectful store culture aligned to company goals. Responsible for coaching teammates, building trust, managing tasks with prioritization, and upholding safety and loss-prevention policies.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
