Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead role responsible for executing brand standards and driving teammate experience in-store. The Lead acts as the in-store expert for their department, delivering exceptional service, guiding teammates, and collaborating with store leadership. Key duties include helping with hiring and interviews, developing a strong culture, planning 30-days-out work with the Assistant Store Manager, delegating tasks based on priority, maintaining merchandising/presentation standards, supervising store operations, training teammates (on procedures and programs), onboarding and cross-training, coaching and developing others, aligning responsibilities with organizational goals, fostering an inclusive environment, adhering to safety and loss prevention policies, and supporting the team across the store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, customer-focus, collaboration, trust-building, decision-making, action-orientation, and talent development, with flexible availability across nights, weekends, and holidays.
