Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead in-store expert responsible for delivering brand standards and teammate experience under guidance of Store Manager. Drives customer service excellence, coaches and develops teammates, participates in hiring/interviews, plans daily and 30-day workflows, delegates tasks by priority, ensures merchandising and presentation standards are maintained, supports store leadership with supervision and training, emphasizes coaching and development, and fosters an inclusive, safe store environment while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs. Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, and actions aligned to organizational goals to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
