Job Summary
Retail Sales Lead responsible for in-store brand standards and leading teammates under guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. Delivers the best service to customers, observes in-store interviews, participates in onboarding and cross-training, and coaches teammates. Plans and coordinates workforce to execute daily tasks, floor sets, signage, inventory presentation, pricing changes, and loss prevention. Builds an inclusive store environment, reinforces company procedures and safety, and leads by example to align responsibilities with organizational goals and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
