Retail Sales Lead (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Lead role in-store responsible for executing brand standards and guiding teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborates with Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to plan 30-days-out workforce, delegates tasks, coaches teammates, trains new hires, and ensures merchandising, floor sets, inventory presentation, and loss prevention standards are upheld. Builds an inclusive store environment, drives team development, and contributes to store-level execution and customer satisfaction. Requires flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) and prior retail or customer-focused experience. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and ability to lift items up to 15-35 lbs; ladder use and heights may be involved.
