Job Summary
Lead in-store role responsible for executing brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience under the guidance of store leadership. Manages teammate development, onboarding, and cross-training; supports interviewing and building a strong team; ensures merchandising, floor sets, pricing, and inventory presentation meet standards; coaches and develops teammates, fosters an inclusive, safe store environment, and aligns daily tasks with organizational goals; maintains adherence to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; participates in store events and day-to-day operations to drive a superior shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. (up to 4 hours standing or walking)
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours)
